Ingredients:
If You Shop at Ranchland:
5 poblano peppers, Produce Department
3 jalapeño peppers, Produce Department
2 chicken breasts, Meat
1 can of Nestle media crema, Aisle 5
1/2 onion, Produce Department
2 garlic cloves, Produce Department
pepper to taste, Aisle 9
salt to taste, Aisle 9
Knorr chicken bouillon, Aisle 11
Cooking oil, Aisle 9
If You Shop at Estrella:
5 poblano peppers, Produce Department
3 jalapeño peppers, Produce Department
2 chicken breasts, Meat
1 can of Nestle media crema, Aisle 2
1/2 onion, Produce Department
2 garlic cloves, Produce Department
pepper to taste, Aisles 2 & 3
salt to taste, Aisle 3
Knorr chicken bouillon, Aisle 5
Cooking oil, Aisle 3
Directions:
Char the poblano and jalapeño peppers, then place them in a plastic bag.
Cut the chicken breast into fajita-style strips, slice the onion into julienne strips, and finely chop the garlic.
In a tablespoon of cooking oil, fry the garlic, then add the sliced chicken.
Clean and cut the peppers into strips.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced onion, cook briefly, and then add the pepper strips. Mix well.
Add the media crema, a splash of water, and salt and pepper to taste. Season with Knorr chicken bouillon.
