Blue Milk Smoothie
When the twin suns rise, start your day with a Blue Milk Smoothie. Blend some frozen blueberries, bananas, blue milk, and peanut butter, and you’ve got a great health conscious pick-me-up to get you going.
Ingredients:
If You Shop at Ranchland:
¼ cup frozen blueberries (optional) Aisle 7
½ cup bananas (sliced) Produce
¼ cup peanut butter (optional) Aisle 2
1 ½ to 2 cups TruMoo Blue Milk Dairy
Optional: ¼ cup old-fashioned oats Aisle 5 and/or 2 tablespoons flax seed Aisle 5 for added nutrition
If You Shop at Estrella:
¼ cup frozen blueberries (optional) Aisle 6
½ cup bananas (sliced) Produce
¼ cup peanut butter (optional) Aisle 2
1 ½ to 2 cups TruMoo Blue Milk Dairy
Optional: ¼ cup old-fashioned oats Aisle 2 and/or 2 tablespoons flax seed Aisle 2 for added nutrition
Directions:
Add the blueberries, bananas, almond butter, and TruMoo Blue Milk to a blender.
If you’re using oats or flax seed, add them as well.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add more TruMoo Blue Milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
