Valued Food City Customers,

This is an unprecedented time in our communities. People are concerned, people are unsure of what to expect, and unfortunately, this has led to panic buying. We are reaching out to all our customers to ensure you that we are doing everything we can to provide you with a safe shopping environment and advise you of our efforts to replenish our stock.

It is not necessary to overbuy basic commodities. We are in contact with all our suppliers to replenish our stores as quickly as possible. Panic buying causes major supply disruptions that take longer to replenish for all retailers. We appreciate your business, and we’re always here for you. Please follow normal shopping habits.

Please follow the advice that has been issued by the CDC and by federal, state, and local government officials to ensure the health and safety of everyone.  We have issued instructions and guidance to our employees for their safety and yours.

Beginning Sunday, March 15th, we are closing our stores at 9 PM until further notice to give us extra time to clean our stores and be ready for you in the morning.

Because of the unusual disruption in product supplies throughout the industry, we cannot accommodate any rain checks and all sales are final to prevent hoarders from attempting to return product they bought too much of. Limits will apply on some products to reduce out-of-stocks. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
